  • Coffee ginger- 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet potatoes-2
  • Fennel-1

Preparation of chicken and sweet potato vegetable Tangine:

While you are cooking in a Tangine, you need to fry the chopped onion in olive oil until they become translucent in nature. Gradually add the chicken or the chicken thighs along with the spices, ginger, turmeric, salt, pepper, cinnamon etc. Cook the chicken Tangine recipe well from all the sides till they are brown in color.

Now add a small glass of water and close the chicken Tagine slow cooker lid for around half an hour in a low heat. It is time to add the sweet potatoes, chopped and peeled fennel along with parsley and raisins and make the chicken sweet potato recipe complete.
